So, i gots me one of them there RSS feeds now.? Decided to give it a whirl.? Fairly easy really, except it seems PHP has no equivalent to CFSILENT in CF, a real PITA too.? Any errant space or CR/LF before the PHP Header() function and whammo no go dodo!? Errrr!? Anyhoo, if your one of them heavy duty information junkies, back that RSS reader up and hook in.?

Luckily we are in a 90 day warranty period of sorts with the pest control company that performed?the termite inspection.? Seems they missed.? Georgia law requires them to perform a ‘minimum adequate’ treatment for free!? Now, should I trust a company that missed the termites in the first place to do this job?? A catch-22, eh?? Georgia law doesn’t require the company to warranty their work though, odd eh?? Kind of a psuedo consumer protection.? Well, the company offered that we pay half the cost and we get a renewable warranty deal that covers the application as well as the house.?
